Workspeed snags $15 million

Workspeed said Wednesday that it received a $15 million second round of funding. San Francisco-based Workspeed, which has raised a total of $33 million, provides technology that allows building owners, managers, tenants and suppliers to work together in real time to deliver building services. Partech International participated in the second round, along with previous investors Apollo Real Estate Advisors, Archon Group, Insignia Financial Group, Mack-Cali Realty, Newmark and Co.
