Word 2004: Solution for menu problem

We previously covered an issue where opening an RTF document created in Windows XP or earlier could cause Word 2004 for OS X to stop showing the Tools:Language and Format:Fonts menu items. Reader Gabriel Dorado reports that this issue can be fixed by quitting Word 2004, deleting the Word preferences file (/Users/username/Library/Preferences/Microsoft/com.microsoft.Word.prefs.plist), and then launching Word 2004 again.
