VPC 4.0.2 update installation error

If you receive an error when attempting to install the Virtual PC 4.0.2 update, consider this note a user received from Connectix tech support:

"If you have changed the icon in any way then you will not be able to use it. This is a new bug that we just discovered. Make sure the application has the original default icon."

It may be that modifying the icon is enough to cause the install to fail. A user noted that reverting to the original icon still did not allow the update installer to update. We suspect it may require reinstalling a fresh copy of VPC. This is the second time in recent weeks we have encountered an issue related to failed updates because of users modifying their icons.
