If you don't already have one of the new Apple smartphones in your hot little hand, Virgin has announced its pricing plans for the device.

Both the 5c and 5s will be available across a wide range of plans from the carrier.

The iPhone 5c 16GB kicks off on an AU$30 per month plan, with an additional AU$16 of handset repayments. Over 24 months, you'll pay a minimum of AU$1104, which gets you AU$200 credit and 200MB of data per month.

The same phone can be had for no additional repayment cost on the AU$90 plan, with unlimited calls and text and 3GB of data — minimum cost over the 24 months is AU$2160.

An iPhone 5s 32GB can be had on the same AU$90 but for an additional AU$8 worth of repayments, taking the total minimum to AU$2352 over the length of the contract.

Anyone with big data requirements will need to look to Virgin's AU$140 per month Irresistible Plan. An iPhone 5s 64GB can be had for zero handset repayments, with unlimited calls and texts, AU$200 worth of calls and texts to international numbers from Australia and 6GB of data. The plan also includes a return flight to Fiji, New Zealand or Vanuatu.

The rather extensive range of plans can be seen in full here.
