Virex 5.9 and file server problems

Two readers (including Tim Chong) have reported receiving a release copy of Virex 5.9 (although I could not find any mention of this at the NAI/Dr. Solomon/McAfee Web sites).

However, both readers reported file server related problems after installing the update (these problems were also present in the beta versions, but not in 5.8.1). In particular, when running AppleShare IP 6, they could not copy files to the file server.
