You've not seen caked on make-up rendered in such detail before. ViewSonic

I've been playing video games most of my life and I've been reviewing monitor for a few years now, but  I still have trouble noticing a difference between a 2ms response time and a 5ms response time when gaming. Actually, to be honest, I do not see a difference, which is not surprising given recent findings.

On Thursday, ViewSonic sought to challenge my eyes further when it announced its VX2739wm. According to ViewSonic, the VX2739wm is the world's first 27-inch "Full HD" monitor with a 1ms response time. According to the company, the display has a 100,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, but I'll remain skeptical until I can test it.

On the VX2739wm, ViewSonic includes HDMI, DVI and VGA ports, as well as a four-port USB hub. The display is also VESA compliant for wall mounting.

The ViewSonic VX2739wm has a $349 price tag and is available now. Look for a full review soon, or at least as soon as I can get one in and not notice a real difference in its response time.
