If you were one of a few Verizon customers who wanted V Cast on your Android phone, you'll be pleased to know that V Cast Video is now available in the Verizon Channel in the Android Marketplace. This is just in time, as Verizon's streaming video service will also provide live streams of the 2010 FIFA World Cup. V Cast Video also offers the usual goodies like clips from news, sports, and entertainment programs from more than 40 providers.

The app will be available for all Android phones on Verizon--Motorola Droid, the HTC Droid Eris, the Motorola Devour, the HTC Droid Incredible, and the LG Ally. V Cast Video on Android will be available for an additional $10 a month.
