Opera 9.1: web browser.

Default Folder X 3.0.3b3: enhancement for open/save dialog boxes. The new release adds an option to disable previews in Open dialogs. If you commonly open very large files, turning off previews can speed up the process significantly. Command-option-click on the Settings button in the Default Folder X preference pane to turn this on.

Google Earth 4.0.2694: combines satellite imagery, maps, google search. The new release can track Santa's flight across the world.

Share Menu 1.5.3: connect to a Windows or Samba network. The new release fully supports Tiger (OS X 10.4).

DragThing 5.7.1: alternative dock application. The new release fixes a rare crash in 5.7 when saving docks that contained applications with malformed version information.

Typinator 1.6.1: automates typing of frequently used text and pics. This release fixes an issue where the new WholeWord option did not work correctly with CopyPaste installed.

VirtueDesktops 0.53r260a: virtual desktop manager. The new release is compiled as Universal binary and resolves a crash on startup.

Java Embedding Plugin 0.9.6: use latest Java in non-Safari browsers.

RSS Menu 1.9.4b: systemwide menu for RSS/Atom feeds. In this release, Mac OS X 10.4 (or higher) is now required, support for 10.3 has been dropped.

Afloat 1.0b4: adds ability to make windows transparent and always on top. The new release is open source under the LGPL.

Bwana 2.1: man page viewer for your browser. In this release, the 'not found' page brings up a list of all substring matches.

LockOutApps 1.1.0: prevents user-choosable apps from being launched. This release can temporarily launch a prohibited application when the LockOutApps alert appears.
