Gimp-Print 5.0.0-beta2 is a set of open-source Mac OS X printer drivers that enable a number of devices that are incompatible in stock configuration. In the new release color generation has been adjusted to improve tonality, printing direct to CD on Epson printers that support it now works, and preliminary support has been added for a number of new printers including the Epson Stylus C45, C46, C65, C66, C85, C86, CX-6600 and PX-V600.

TechTool Pro 4.0.3 is a hardware/software diagnostic tool. The new release corrects reported issues with eDrive creation and a Directory Maintenance issue. It also has enhanced support for PowerPC G4 7447 testing and detection in Processor test and enhanced support for PowerPC G5 970FX testing.
