FoldersSynchronizer 1.8.1 has been released. The Short Log Window now can show very long "Log Files."

Data Hammer 2.4 is the latest version of this Internet-savvy summarization tool. You can now simply drop a link on a Data Hammer window from either Netscape Communicator or Microsoft Internet Explorer to get a summary, in full HTML, with formatting, images, links, and movies intact.

Minuet is a new self-contained audio CD controller Control Strip module.

A non-beta version of distributed.net's RC5/CSC client for the Mac (Build 2.8004.450) has been released. From the Read Me file (thanks, Wilbur Sitze): "The first thing you'll notice is that this client lacks a GUI. The year-old graphical "wrapper" proved too difficult to bludgeon into playing nice with the constantly-moving target that is distributed.net's common code. However, if you own a G4, you will notice that the client now hauls ass at RC5. It's nearly three times faster than a Pentium III of comparable clock speed." The CSC side of the client is not similarly enhanced.

Wacom tablet driver 4.5 includes support for Intuos, Graphire, PL series, (PenPartner,) ArtPad, ArtZ, ArtZ II, and UD series tablets. The driver improves mouse performance and automatically adjusts for screen resolution changes.

Jeff Aach had reported a conflict between previous beta versions of this driver (for a Graphire tablet) and Apple's Game Sprockets: "If you launch a sprocket-enabled game you will get an 'application unexpectedly quit type 3' error." Hopefully, this new version fixes this.
