Apple Font Tools 3.0: command line font tools; includes MorxTester. The new release has several revisions for Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger).

File Buddy 8.1.6: extensive desktop and file/folder editing and task tool. The new release fixes a problem where when saving a file list as a text file, dates and times were GMT, not local.

Laserlight 1.0.5: purportedly speeds Spotlight searching. The new release fixes a problem when the clipboard is empty

Backup Simplicity 2.0.2: automatic daily bootable backups. The new release fixes a problem which, on some computers, caused Backup Simplicity to require its serial number to be entered every time the user logged out.
