Utilities Updates: A-Dock; PrinterSwitch; SkyLINE; more

A-Dock 2.3 is the latest version of this full-featured application switcher. New features include: compatible with Wapp pro 3; no need of TSM Fix anymore; a "Quit A-Dock" command in the dock contextual menu. There are also several bug fixes.

PrinterSwitch 1.6 lets you switch printers from within any application, without using the Chooser. It also includes the ability to switch printers using AppleScript. It has a completely redesigned Control Strip Module and is both Mac OS 9.1 and Mac OS X (Classic mode only) compatible.

OneApp Clean Text 1.2.2 eliminates all text formatting, removes empty lines, multiple spaces, tab characters, fixes paragraphs etc. Among the enhancements made in this release there are some user interface improvements.

Workstrip 1.0b1 is a new utility to launch, quit, hide and activate applications, open and preview documents from one elegantly designed bar.

LockOut 3.0.3 helps keep people from using your Mac while you're away. Helps keep your Mac safe from your co-workers while at the office, and from your kids while at home. It fixes a bug that cleared the session log when you quit the application.

Password Retriever 1.5 will store all the passwords you enter in it and even protect itself with a universal password if you specify one. The update adds many new features and fixes.

BF Search Engines 4/01 adds new search engines, updates existing ones and removes search engines which doesn't work or exist anymore - for VSE Be Found.

Farallon SkyLINE 2.3 is a driver update for the SkyLINE 11MB Wireless cards, PCI & PC cards. It improves stability and adds support for the included firmware updater, allowing you to upgrade your card to 8.3 firmware. According to a VersionTracker comment, it "corrects a serious compatibility problem with certain PowerBooks running OS 9." URL Manager Pro on X is a Mac OS X compatible preview version of this web browser bookmark manager. Still missing from this release: Shared Menus and Printing.
