AbbottChat is free "AbbottChat is a new generation of Internet chat. It allows private chat with almost anyone on the Internet, without logging on to a central chat server. Users can chat 1-on-1, run their own private chat groups, send and broadcast instant messages, and transfer files. It shows who's online, and also has chatbot support, so users can also chat with our customer service robot! AbbottChat is completely free, and replaces our previous AtChat product. It is cross-platform, available for PowerMac and Win95/NT, so users can chat with friends on any computer!

Timbuktu goes cross-platform Netopia has announced the availability of Timbuktu Pro 32 for Windows. "It brings Timbuktu Pro Macintosh's latest features to Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0 machines. The new 32-bit native architecture gives you long file name support for file transfers between Macs and PCs as well as cross-platform support for Intercom features such as Chat, Notify, Ask for Permission and much more."

DragThing 2.5 is out. The new version of this application dock utility fixes a problem with floating windows and another with FreePPP. It also adds many new features, including pop up dock windows, vertical tabs, and tab shaped windows. It also introduces DragThing Lite - a smaller, easier to use DragThing.

Extensions Strip 1.5.2 is out. It mainly fixes incompatibilities.

Snapz Pro 1.1.0 is out. Snapz is a screen capture utility. The new version contains a number of new features, as well as a few bug fixes.

Web Finder is a utility that searches the Internet for anything you like with any search engine you like, giving you your result in the front most window of your favorite Web browser.
