Using Apple Studio Display 17 with older Power Macs

A recent TIL article (#58271) describes an issue with using the Apple Studio Display 17 with older Power Macintosh computers. It gives a list of specific models and then states: "If you are using any of these models or graphics cards, you will need to turn off the DDC (Data Display Channel) control to make the maximum number of resolutions available." Without this adjustment, you may only be able to access 640x480 resolution. (Thanks also to Dave Alpert, who spotted this in the documentation that came with the monitor.)
