TurboTax update leads to EasyStep menu items vanishing

Two readers (Ken Bowman and Jonathan Uy) report the same symptom after updating TurboTax Deluxe 2000 to the recently released 00.00c version: After a One-Click update, all the EasyStep menu items between "Personal info" and "Final review" are gone! No "Income," "Deductions," "Taxes/Credits," or "Misc."

Henry King found that, after doing a One-Click Update, "the program no longer allows you to enter any tax information and deletes any tax information you have already entered."
