Troubleshooting the Matrix DVD: a new MacFixIt Extra

We have just posted a new MacFixIt Extra: "Troubleshooting The Matrix DVD."

It contains previously posted items plus important new information implying that Matrix problems extend beyond the Mac - as well as some more Mac-specific matters (including a conflict with Norton AntiVirus).
