Troubleshooting Retrospect 5.1: Autolaunch problem clarification

On Monday we posted a report from a MacFixIt reader that noted an incompatibility between Dantz's Retrospect 5.x and Panther where Retrospect may not automatically launch at scheduled backup times. Within that story, we stated "Version 6.0 of Retrospect may fix this issue..." We obtained the wording of this phrase ("may fix") from a statement by a Dantz representative on the Dantz support forums.

We have received clarification from Dantz that version 6.0 will definitely fix this problem. (We're also asking Dantz for information on upgrade policies for those users affected by this issue.)
