Troubleshooting Quicken 2004: Insights calculations bug

Larry Fransson describes a potential calculation bug in Quicken 2004: "In the Budgets section of the Insights window, there is a significant bug in the calculations. Any time the actual amount is less than the budgeted amount, resulting in a negative difference, the percentage of Budgeted calculation goes wild, and comes up with the same result for different input amounts.

"For example, I have a budgeted amount of $91.00 and an actual amount of $66.33, which gives a difference of -24.67. The % of Budgeted result is 21474836.47%. It shows the same result with a budgeted amount of $46.00 and an actual amount of $28.02, with the difference of -17.98."
