Troubleshooting OS X 10.1.4: Quicken; Shockwave

Continuing our coverage of OSX 10.1.4:

Quicken and 10.1.4 issue? Scott Rose writes: "Once upgrading to Mac OS X 10.1.4, I can no longer download investment transactions in Quicken 2002 Deluxe (R3). Every single time I try, Quicken 2002 unexpectedly quits." We have a couple of comfirmations of this along with one reader who claims not to have the symptom.

Shockwave and 10.1.4 This Macromedia page now states: "Macromedia Shockwave Player: Note: Mac OSX 10.1.4 users please download and install the standalone Shockwave Player."
