Trouble with Apple's KnowledgeBase links?

Trying to get to TIL articles from the Apple's new Software Downloads page has led to errors for the past couple of days.

First we got an error that said: "Did not receive any response from application. It is possible that the application does not exist, or that the requested url is incorrect."

Then we got a message that said: "An unexpected error has occurred." The problem now appears more pervasive and may affect all KnowledgeBase searches.

However, the needed pages are still available via TIL links. For example, if you try to get to AppleWorks 6.2 page via this link, you may get an error. However, this link succeeds.

It's fixed? As we were about to post this item, we tested the links one more time, and they all worked! Hopefully, this is fixed now.
