Track down ghosts with this 'Ghostbusters' Lego Ecto-1

Celebrate the 30-year anniversary of "Ghostbusters" with this Lego version of the Ecto-1, complete with four minifigures.

If there's something weird, and it don't look good. Who ya gonna call?

The answer to that question might soon be "yourself," if you pick up this new Lego kit of the Ecto-1 ghost-tracking mobile from the Ghostbusters movies. The Ecto-1 is being made available to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the original "Ghostbusters" alongside a theatrical rerelease of the film set for this coming August. The kit was built by Ghostbusters fan Brent Waller on Cuusoo, where it received the mandatory 10,000 signatures to receive consideration from Lego.

The kit comes complete with all the equipment you'll need to track down ghosts, from detection equipment to a tracking computer to a removable roof to get the four included minifigurines in and out of the vehicle. But alas, the Ecto-1 can hold only three passengers at a time, so you'll always have to leave someone behind.

The Ecto-1 kit retails for $49.99 in the US and comes with a collectors booklet that contains instructions for putting the Ecto-1 together, selected images from "Ghostbusters," and behind-the-scenes details about the original film. It is available now in the US, UK (£44.99), Australia (A$69.99), and elsewhere.

As you're building your kit, remember to never, ever cross the streams.
