Sony Ericsson's is-it-a-camera-or-a-phone K750i takes out the number one spot again with Nokia's premium 8800 rocketing up behind it to come in at number three.

Hi, I look after product development for CBS Interactive in Sydney - which lets me develop a range of websites including CNET Australia, TV.com and ZDNet Australia.
Sony Ericsson's is-it-a-camera-or-a-phone
K750i takes out the number one spot again with Nokia's
premium
8800 rocketing up behind it to come in at number three.
Aside from the 2-megapixel K750i, Sony Ericsson recently
launched its
Walkman W800i phone, to much fanfare in Sydney with Australian Idol Anthony Callea showing up for the
occasion. We've got our hands on a review model of the W800i at
the moment for testing so stay tuned to CNET.com.au for the full review this week.
Nokia is no stranger to a extravagant launches, either. Nokia
set sail to its high-end 8800 by inviting 88 Australian celebs
along to a lavish bash at the Museum of Contemporary Art in
Circular Quay, with guests such as fashion designer Collette
Dinnigan and chef Tetsuya Wakuda being served up an assortment of
cocktails made by barman of the year Marco Faraone. With the
continual raising of the bar in terms of showy shindigs for
fashion phones, we wonder if Motorola will trump the other
manufacturers when the 3G-enabled
Razr V3x, which is already the fourth most popular phone on
our site, is released later this year?

With a 2-megapixel camera, MP3 playback, FM
radio, video recording, Bluetooth, 32MB of internal
memory and a 64MB Memory Stick thrown in, Sony Ericsson's
K750i might be the hottest phone of 2005.

This phone is awesome. Nothing on the market can match
it. Who needs an extra FLASH? the phone has a bright in
built light plus night mode camera. Tip: If u already
have a Sony Digital camera simply stick the memory stick
in it and transfer ur files over from
computer/laptop.

unsightly pocket bulges, you could do well to consider

This phone is obviously intended for a very specific
audience. If you own B&O audio and video gear (which
I do), drive a brand new german auto (which i do) and
live in hollywood (which i do), then this is the perfect
phone. Read

Samsung's latest slider phone, the D500, looks a lot like its sliding predecessor, but comes in a black case with a megapixel camera and an MP3 player.
Reader Opinion I think this phone is great. I have had no issues with the quality of photos. I think 96mb is plenty of space for what I need -- I don't want/need to be carrying around 400 songs on my phone, nor do I expect to take award winning movie footage of anything with it.
