Today is the day!

Today is the day that Apple is making big announcements about its new G3 hardware, its new way of selling Macs, and some other surprise announcements (possibly involving Oracle and/or Lucent Technologies). Some rumors suggest a permament CEO may even be named.

MacInTouch also has some more specs including a preliminary list of "compatibility issues" (such as "you have to disconnect LocalTalk cables when switching AppleTalk to Ethernet").
