Tidal Software lands $12 million

Tidal Software, a business automation software company, landed a $12 million second round of funding. Tidal allows companies' data centers to automate business tasks. JPMorgan Partners was the lead investor, and previous investors Novus Ventures and VantagePoint Venture Partners joined the latest round.
