Three men charged with felonies in connection with Hewlett-Packard probe to find the source of news leaks pleaded not guilty Tuesday at an arraignment hearing in San Jose, Calif.

Defendants Ronald Delia, Matthew DePante and Bryan Wagner were booked following the arraignment and released on their own recognizance, according to a spokesman for the office of California's attorney general.

All three reside out of state and were allowed to have their attorneys represent them in future procedural court hearings.

Patricia Dunn, HP's former chairman, and Kevin Hunsaker, the company's former senior counsel, are due to appear at arraignments on Nov. 17 and Dec. 6 respectively.

All five are charged with fraudulent wire communications, wrongful use of computer data, identity theft and conspiracy to commit those three crimes.
