Why You Can Trust CNET Three-deal Thursday: BioShock Infinite, a car charger, and an all-in-one desktop
Get ready to save big on some seriously good stuff.
Some days it's tough to settle on a single deal. Hence the creation of "three-deal Thursdays." And sometimes "five-deal Fridays." But Wednesdays? Never. That's because there's no number that starts with W -- and I'm all about the alliteration. (You didn't realize you were dealing with a grammar nerd, did you?)
Anyway, today I've got three pretty sweet deals, including a couple items I've never featured before. Hit the comments and let me know what you think of them.
1. A sexy all-in-one desktop
All-in-ones are great for kitchens, dens, and other spaces where you want a desktop-style PC without the hulking tower and excessive cord-clutter.
While supplies last, DealFisher has the Vizio CA24T-B0 24-inch all-in-one desktop for $799.99 shipped. It's new, not refurbished, and has a list price of $1,279.99.
After you're done drooling over the picture, check out these specs: AMD A10 quad-core processor, 8GB of RAM, 1TB hard drive, and a 24-inch touch screen with a built-in Webcam and 1,920x1,080-pixel native resolution.
The keyboard and touch pad are both wireless, and the subwoofer doubles as the power supply, meaning one less bit of clutter. Cooler still, the monitor can double as a TV (just connect an HDMI source), and Vizio even supplies a remote for that purpose.
CNET hasn't reviewed this model, but PC Magazine gave it four stars and called it "a great PC for anyone who wants to reduce their gadget clutter by using the PC as both computer and television." I so want one of these.
2. A landmark PC game
Remember when the much-anticipated BioShock Infinite made its debut back in March? I told you then what I tell you every time a hot new game debuts: wait. In a few months it'll be a lot cheaper.
Wait no more: Green Man Gaming has BioShock Infinite (PC) for $24 when you apply coupon code GMG20-F202F-UI40F at checkout. Price when the game first came out: $59.99. (And that's still the price at most retail outlets.)
Not sure it's worth the money? Check out CNET's review. One editor's take: "BioShock Infinite sits on another level in the realm of storytelling in games and sets a new standard that other pieces of interactive software should always strive to achieve." I can't wait to get my mitts on this one.
3. A serious car charger
Does your car double as your office? If so, you've probably got loads of mobile gadgets you need to keep powered and/or charged.

The PowerUp 4P turns a single cigarette-lighter socket into two sockets, at the same time adding a pair of USB charging ports.
Be sure to check out the mostly positive user reviews at Amazon, which note that because it's a fairly large adapter, it may not fit well in some cars.
