This is the best resume ever, and it's made of Legos
A woman spent a weekend converting herself and her qualifications into a series of interlocking bricks, and the result should make recruiters drool.
The things you have to do to get a job today. Young millennials entering the job market, I suggest you grab pen and paper or have Evernote at the ready before going further, because you could learn a lot from an enterprising Redditor named Leah who put together a rather impressive resume package using Legos in her pursuit of a job in the advertising world.
Not only is her self-promotional collateral well-done and clever, it's also quite well-engineered using only basic Lego pieces. This young woman is clearly going places.
As Leah puts it:
I wanted a fun way to stand out to agencies and get my resume out of the trash can -- I've always loved LEGO and I created this set to highlight my creativity, skills and initiative! It's something I hope to be able to send out along with a job application.
She designed a Lego version of herself, complete with custom instructions on assembling her that also highlight her skills and qualities throughout.
Perhaps the craziest part of this go-getter's application package? She's just looking for an internship.
Are you kidding me? Someone make this young lady a creative director, stat! Or be crushed by her after your competition snaps her up.
