Not everyone is on the Wii's fitness bandwagon, daring to suggest that real-life exercise is better for kids than playing games regardless of how about them. But at least one has created a workout routine based on Wii play, and others say physical activity is better than nothing, especially in today's sedentary societies. And if a dozen hours of game play can really burn more than 1,800 calories, as one study suggests, we might have to start swinging a Wiimote ourselves.
