PHOENIX--Here at Demo '06, my friend Cathy Brooks discovered the chink in the : no chocolate. I followed up with execs from the company. It's true. They tell me that existing chocolate extracts gum up their machine. Vanilla, strawberry, coffee and the other nine flavors can all be stored in thin liquids that are easy to mix. Chocolate is too thick. They're working hard with chocolate manufacturing companies to come up with a better solution.
