The new one-port MacBook Air was one big mistake, says (fake) Apple engineer

Perhaps that will be the case with Apple's newly redesigned MacBook Airs.
Oh, yes. The whole thing was complete buffonery. The fact that it's got just one port? The engineers simply forgot the rest.
How do I know this? Well, here's an absurdly moving video in which a (fake) Apple engineer reveals all.
He says Jony Ive called him and said that Apple CEO Tim Cook wanted to see the new design. Cook wasn't in a good mood. His hair was disheveled. And then here was this MacBook without most of the ports.
Yes, it was merely an overpriced netbook. And Cook, for some reason, loved it. Even though the battery was too thin to fit.
The (fake) engineer says he was promoted for this wonderful error. Even though the camera is second-rate.
Yes, you have to be in a particular frame of mind to watch this thing. Tomorrow, this hysterically laughing engineer may not make you laugh at all.
Of course, it's the titles that make it funny. The man is a Spanish comedian called El Risitas. He's actually talking about a restaurant experience on a beach in Chipiona in the south of Spain (and variously captioned versions of the clip have become an Internet meme).
But this re-creation by Armando Ferreira somehow brings a little manic levity to the deep seriousness of an Apple product launch. It was posted yesterday and has already been enjoyed by more than 700,000 people on YouTube.
