The Division end-game activity details coming soon
Reached the end of the game and looking for something to do? Ubisoft has an answer.
The Division got a big update this week, making changes to the Dark Zone and more, but don't expect Ubisoft to stop there. Writing in its latest State of the Game report, Ubisoft teased that new end-game activities are coming to The Division soon, a likely reference to April's content update.
"Coming soon, we will be introducing new end-game activities," Ubisoft wrote. "You say you want more info? Don't worry, we'll talk more about this big upcoming update within the next few days."
Ubisoft went on to say it plans to talk more about this new end-game content during its "Special Report" broadcast on Twitch. This broadcast is taking place "soon," but Ubisoft did not share a specific date. However, the game's Twitch channel says "see you Tuesday," possibly referencing this coming Tuesday, March 29.
As announced previously, the first of The Division's post-launch content updates will be "Incursions," coming in April. This is described as a "new challenging end-game activity developed specifically for squad play."
"Teams will be able to test their skills as they face seemingly unstoppable enemies to gain high-level weapons and equipment," Ubisoft said. "This update will also add one of the community's most-wanted feature, loot trading; allowing players in the same group to trade loot collected during a co-op game session."
The Division's big 1.02 patch this week fixed a number of bugs (bye, bye, Loot Cave) and tweaked numerous aspects of the game. You can see the full 1.02 patch notes here in our previous coverage.
In other news about The Division, the game brought in $330 million in revenue over its first five days, eclipsing Destiny's mark over the same period of time. Additionally, one player has reached the Dark Zone's level cap of 99 after playing for 130 hours.
