The beginning of the end for the DMCA?

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act may be the most hated piece of tech legislation around. But now Congressmen Rick Boucher and John Doolittle have introduced a bill that attempts to chip away at some of what critics say are the more onerous provisions of that legislation.
