The 27-inch BenQ is big on features, (relatively) low on price

You'd think monitor vendors would include speaker bars on more monitors than they currently do. Speaker bars are a relatively cheap way to add value to your monitor and appeals to that part of us that values quantity over quality when buying electronics equipment.

That's the part that says, "Nice! And it comes with a speaker bar. I don't care if it sounds like a snake is hissing inside my monitor and all times! It comes with something that makes me feel better about spending more than $300 in the first place!" Or something to that effect.

The BenQ M2700HD has the features and the price to appeal to the aforementioned "imaginary" person, but how's its performance? I tell you exactly that in our full review .
