Teseda gets $3.65 million first round

Teseda said Monday that it received a $3.65 million first round of funding, led by SmartForest Ventures. Other investors include Ridgewood Capital, Empire Ventures and Synopsys. Portland, Ore.-based Teseda is developing software designed to reduce the cost and increase the speed of testing integrated circuit chips.
