Everything tastes better deep fried. Or at least, everything tastes better when it is deep fried correctly. From fish to fries, anything that spends too much time in the oil ends up a greasy and soggy mess. It's unfortunate that so many meals that could be delicious end up swimming in a puddle of their own grease. If only there was a way to control the frying process...

Take fry matters into your own hands with the Waring Professional Deep Fryer. The professional-style fryer is operated through a digital LCD control panel. Just input the desired temperature and set the timer function. The oil is then efficiently heated via the 1800W immersion-style heating element. The appliance comes with a set of three baskets, one large and two smaller ones so you can fry two different foods at the same time, or one big party platter all at once. When finished, the basket rests along the edge of the machine allowing grease to drain--a necessary step in proper frying.

An important part of deep-frying anything is keeping the temperature at an optimal level. Properly allowing the excess grease to drain is another big issue.
