T-Mobile's "Boldest" press conference yet

T-Mobile has been making waves, first with its "Uncarrier" push to get rid of service contracts and getting customers to pay for their phones in monthly installments. The event marks the first public outing for the company since it acquired regional prepaid carrier MetroPCS.

Despite the noise, the company remains far behind its bigger competitors, although its financial shape has improved.

The invitation hints at T-Mobile's "boldest moves yet," suggesting a number of announcements. Whether that means new phones or new phone plans remains to be seen. The top executives are expected to make an appearance at the press conference.

CNET will use ScribbleLive to bring you live text and photos, blow by blow.
