Over the weekend, T-Mobile acknowledged the problem on its user forum, stating "Google and T-Mobile are investigating this issue and hope to have more information for you soon." To help determine the root of the problem, customers are asked to provide information such as your location, whether you have no 3G at all or fluctuate between 3G and EDGE, and if you have another T-Mobile 3G phone with the same issue.
