Sweet strawberries in slices
Strawberries can be slippery to slice, but the Strawberry Slicester can make short work of your fruit.
One of my favorite summertime treats is a strawberry rhubarb pie, followed closely by a strawberry pie without the rhubarb. But I don't always have the patience to stand and slice enough strawberries for a pie. At best, I may chop up the fruit and just not worry about the appearance. I don't have to worry about the strawberries sliding around on the cutting board and even the juice is easier to contain. The Strawberry Slicester uses stainless steel blades to slice through strawberries. All you need to do is drop a strawberry into the slicer and squeeze. The handle is plastic and easy to handle.
