StuffIt 5.0 arrives

Following up on the initial posting late last time:

• The freeware StuffIt Expander 5.0 is now available.
• StuffIt Deluxe 5.0 is also out. You can purchase and obtain it via a download or they will ship you a copy.
• DropStuff with Expander Enhancer 5.0 is not out yet. Its release is expected by late November or early December.

All versions are Mac OS 8.5 compatible and includes new compression technology. It also features a new cross-platform file format that allows StuffIt to exchange files between Windows and Macintosh systems. StuffIt Deluxe 5.0 also stores file names in Unicode, allowing for better cross-platform and international support.
