The outdoor adventure that is grilling over an open flame is one that is welcome in any season. During the spring and summer months, time spent outside is time well-spent, as warm weather encourages gathering with family and friends. When fall and winter hit, there may be less to do outside, but that doesn't mean that quality time cannot be found in the back yard. Especially when grilled food is involved.

Even though summer grilling season is fading into the sunset, there are still plenty of reasons to fire up the grill. Set for release in February 2012, the Hamilton Beach GrillStation 5-Burner Gas Grill (model number 84241) offers would-be grillers the opportunity to break in a new grill without worrying about sunburns.

With 598 sq. in. of cooking surface, the grill offers a roomy interior for cooking whatever the season has to offer. An integrated wood chip drawer, along with a built-in side burner, allows for cooking versatility that goes beyond the ubiquitous burgers and franks of summer. Additionally, the grill features a drop-down grilling surface to help keep food out of the elements when the lid is raised. A smaller, three-burner configuration will also be available (model number 84131), solving space concerns as well. And with 58,000 BTUs and 33,000 BTUs respectively, either model should have enough power to keep you warm.
