As one of the larger consumer electronics conglomerates, you can expect Sony to announce a number of products in different areas, whether it's smartphones, cameras, televisions, or laptops.

Sony has taken a backseat to Korean giant Samsung Electronics in previous shows, so we'll see if it has enough eye-catching products this time around. The company hasn't had much in terms of marquee, attention-grabbing products, but perhaps a lower-cost 4K television or new high-end smartphone will do the trick.

As usual, we'll be using ScribbleLive to bring you live text and photos, blow by blow. We'll start the live blog about 15 minutes before Sony officially starts the event, so be sure to tune in.
