Sonnet Crescendo G3 card conflict with Adaptec SCSI PCI card

Brad DeWitt had a problem with Sonnet Technology's Crescendo G3 300MHz CPU card used in combination with an Adaptec 2940 UW SCSI PCI card in a PowerMac 9500.

Sonnet Technology tech support replied: "The Adaptec card has been known to conflict with our card. We are working diligently on the problem. We have been in contact with Adaptec to solve this problem. So, the best advise I can offer is to remove the Adaptec card."
