Snitch 2.5.1 is (not quite) out; Mac OS 8.1 compatible

On the heels of yesterday's item, Snitch 2.5.1 is now out and is Mac OS 8.1. compatible.

Update: In my rush to post this before I left for Macworld Expo, it turned out that I inadvertently posted a beta version not meant for public release. I have now removed it. The new version should still be out shortly.
