Ready for smoke. SmokinTex

If you need a constant supply of smoked food nearby (and really, who doesn't?) the SmokinTex Model 1100 Pro Series Smoker might be just the thing you never knew you were looking for.

About the size of a small refrigerator, the smoker fits just about anywhere. It weighs less than 50 pounds, so with the optional set of wheels you can easily move the smoker exactly where you want. Which is something you are going to want to do. It is a smoker, after all. For the first two hours of the smoking process, "you will want the smoker under a vent a hood or near a door with a fan behind it. After the smoke cycle, the unit can sit anywhere, as it's like an oven then."

The smoker takes the smoking process and makes it as easy as can be. Just put any dry hardwood (no water needed) in the wood box, place food on the racks, and close it up. The 350-watt heating element is capable of a cooking range of 100 degrees to 250 degrees, and most foods take from 3 hours to 5 hours to fully cook.

Aside from finding a place to let the smoker, well, smoke, the possibilities are endless. From cold smoking cheeses and pastas to making your own jerky, the SmokinTex is sure to start a conversation in any modern kitchen. Just be sure to open a window. Or two.
