A quick glance at today's smartphones and it might seem like you're staring into an endless sea of black slabs, but if you start to look a little closer, you'll find some real beauties in the bunch.

In the list below, you'll find some of favorite smartphones designs. These handsets stood out for a variety of reasons, from eye-catching displays to slim profiles to high-quality build materials. Samsung Galaxy S II (T-Mobile)
