Get into the Christmas spirit with this cute Google Easter egg on iOS and Android.

There's nothing like a themed Easter egg to get us in the mood for the festive season.

Google has given us the gift of karaoke thanks to this fun feature that brings up a list of Christmas carols to sing along to when you search for "let's go caroling" (the alternative Australian spelling "let's go carolling" also works). You can either search for the term directly on an Android or iOS device, or speak the sentence into Google Now.

Then, you will be presented with five carols for your karaoke pleasure, complete with a bouncing ball to make sure you know when to sing the lyrics.

Google is no stranger to festive season treats, also introducing an update to the latest Google+ app for Android that adds an animated snowfall to photos when you shake the handset. The feature is also available for other Google+ users on the web with Auto Awesome effects turned on. There's always the old faithful Santa Tracker for keeping an eye on present deliveries.
