ShrinkWrap and HFS Plus: A clarification from Aladdin

Replying to our item from last time on ShrinkWrap's compatibility with HFS Plus formatted volumes, Aladdin Systems offers the following clarification: "ShrinkWrap should be able to mount normal images that reside on an HFS Plus volume under Mac OS 8.1. It can not create an image of any HFS Plus volume. Any users having problems mounting images stored on HFS Plus volumes should contact Aladdin Tech Support with the subject 'ShrinkWrap/HFS ' so that we can collect information from them. We apologize for any confusion that this miscommunication may have caused."
