Short Take: Red Hat expands to India

Linux leader Red Hat announced that it has joined forces with Clover Technologies to open Red Hat India. The joint venture will deliver Red Hat software, support and services to customers in India. "India has traditionally been a strong UNIX market, and Red Hat is the most widely used Linux distribution," noted Clover founder Javed Tapia.
