Short Take: Portland integrates ZipLock into MS server

Portland Software will integrate its ZipLock secure container technology with Microsoft's Merchant Server. Merchants will be able to securely wrap their digital goods, host them on their Web sites, and accept payment directly or through an existing third-party clearinghouse, the company said. It will be available in the second quarter of 1997.
