Short Take: Perksatwork.com raises $67 million

Perksatwork.com, a provider of employee portals, today announced that it raised $67 million in its third round of funding, led by Technology Crossover Ventures, Thomas Weisel Capital Partners and Blackstone Capital Partners III. The latest round featured new investors Cendant, the European Web Group, E*Trade and Dorsett Capital and existing investors US Venture Partners, IT Ventures and Comdisco. The company plans to use the funding to expand its service offerings and global operations--extending its position in providing commerce, community and content solutions that enable employees to achieve a positive work/life balance.
